Cancelation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to be as fair as possible while ensuring our venue remains available for committed couples.

At Booking: A 25% deposit of the total reservation cost is required to secure your date.

Cancellation 12+ Months Before the Event: If you cancel at least 12 months before your wedding date, an $800 retention fee will apply, and any additional payments made will be refunded.

Cancellation Less Than 12 Months Before the Event: If you cancel within 12 months of your event date, no refunds will be issued due to the difficulty of rebooking the venue on short notice.
Please Note: Distance from the venue or changes in travel plans are not valid reasons for a refund. We encourage couples to thoroughly review our location and policies before booking.
